4. Additional Requirements

All electrical equipment shall have an IP56 protection rating.

All materials shall be resistant to the operating temperature range of −50 °C to +45 °C.

Coating: the coating system and color shall be agreed with the Customer (special marine-grade seawater-resistant three-layer coating system, total dry film thickness [DFT] from 300 to 500 μm). Coating product name: POLYCOAT 755.

Preservation coatings shall provide an indoor storage life of 12–18 months.

The Supplier shall provide the Buyer with an outline 3D model within 4 weeks after receipt of the advance payment, an installation drawing of the winch and ancillary equipment specifying main characteristics, interface dimensions for the vessel foundation, overall dimensions, total weight and weights of individual components, electrical schematic and wiring diagrams, test reports, and certificates for integrated third-party components and materials.

Operational documentation shall include a technical description and an operation manual. The operation manual shall contain:

  • A list of special tools and instructions for their use (if applicable)
  • Wire rope replacement procedure
  • List of lubricants and oils
  • Maximum equipment noise levels
  • On-site equipment installation procedure
