4. Additional Requirements

  • Power supply via a single feeder from the vessel mains: 3-phase, 400 V, 50 Hz.
  • Ingress protection (IP) ratings for electrical equipment:
    – Open deck installation: minimum IP56;
    – Internal spaces: minimum IP44.
  • Electrical equipment is provided with anti-condensation heating.
  • Oil heating and cooling systems are provided.
  • Control panel: stationary type, with IP56 protection rating.
  • The control station is equipped with an alarm system and a console with a control panel to execute all crane control functions.
  • User interface: Russian language.
  • Internal lighting inside the crane pedestal.
  • Interface connection to the vessel integrated automation system (IAS).
  • The scope of supply includes:

    – Nameplates, warning signs, labels, and mimic diagrams;
    – Lubricants and sealing compounds;
    – Non-standard tools and fixtures;
