4.  Additional Requirements

4.1 The equipment complies with the requirements of the regulatory documents listed below and is delivered with the certificates required by these regulatory documents:

  • General Regulations for the Classification and Other Activities of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.
  • Technical Regulation on the Safety of Maritime Transport Items, approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 620 dated August 12, 2010.
  • SP 2.5.3650-20 Sanitary and Epidemiological Requirements for Specific Modes of Transport and Transport Infrastructure Facilities.
  • Other applicable requirements of Russian legislation, including, but not limited to, sanitary and veterinary requirements, occupational health and industrial safety requirements, and safety requirements for the entire production process and manufactured products onboard the constructed vessel.

4.2  The equipment complies with the requirements of the regulatory documents listed above, as well as amendments and supplements thereto, in force as of the vessel’s keel laying date.

4.5 The equipment may be delivered with the manufacturer’s standard coating system, but in any case, the coating system is subject to approval by the Customer and the Shipyard.

4.6 Preservation coatings ensure an indoor storage life of 12–18 months.

4.7 The equipment is intended for installation onboard the Project PV27 vessel.

4.8 The vessel is designed and built to the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping class notation: KM Arc4 (hull, machinery) AUT1-ICS BWM(T) GFS CONT (deck, cargo hold) DG (pack) Passenger ship.

4.9 Registry flag during construction: Russian Federation.
