A New Perspective on Routine Tasks

Imagine a vessel ready to set sail, with watercraft being launched into the water without any fuss and with maximum precision. There is no need for complex maneuvers or an entire team—just a reliable mechanism that handles everything accurately and safely. This is exactly what the single-beam overhead LARS was designed for.

This system is a direct response to shipowners’ demands: to simplify maintenance, enhance safety, and reduce preparation time for water operations. The simplicity of the design is combined with high-tech engineering, while operation requires no specialized skills.

How It Works

The single-beam overhead LARS is a modern launching and recovery system installed on various types of vessels. Its single-beam design makes the system compact, reliable, and easy to maintain.

The equipment is engineered to perform the rapid and safe launching and recovery of boats or tenders, even in unfavorable weather conditions. All controls are concentrated in a user-friendly console, eliminating unnecessary actions and reducing the risk of errors.

Why Shipowners Choose It

The primary advantage is stable operation combined with ease of use. However, the benefits do not stop there. The single-beam overhead LARS:

  • operates reliably in various climatic conditions;
  • accelerates vessel preparation for voyages;
  • reduces the workload on the crew;
  • enhances the level of safety onboard.

For shipowners, this translates to less downtime, fewer risks, and greater confidence in every operation.

A Manufacturer You Can Trust

The single-beam overhead LARS is manufactured by Izhora Hydraulic Systems LLC (i-Hydro). We specialize in marine equipment developed in accordance with modern safety and operational convenience standards.

Every unit undergoes quality control to guarantee stable equipment performance across a wide range of conditions.

Modern Solutions for Confident Sailing

Reliable boat launching and recovery systems are more than just a convenience. They are a component upon which the safety and efficiency of shipping directly depend.

The single-beam overhead LARS is an example of how a clever engineering solution can change the approach to routine tasks. Its compactness, reliability, and simple controls make it an indispensable asset onboard.
